1. William Anderson, farmer, Livingston and Bathgate, West Lothian, married Elizabeth Bell.

1.1. William Anderson (1780-1845) was the son of William Anderson, farmer. He became a Free Church minister.

1.1.1. William Anderson (1833-1879) was the son of William Anderson, minister. He too was a Free Church minister.

1.2. Thomas Anderson (1780-1869) was the son of William Anderson, farmer. He was minister of Crawford, Lanarkshire: FES, Vol.3, p.297 .

1.3. James Anderson (1785-1860) was the son of William Anderson, farmer. He became a Free Church minister.

1.3.1. William Anderson (1839-1920) was the son of James Anderson, minister. He was a Free Church minister. He married Mary Christian Manson, daughter of John Manson, a Free Church minister. For her sister, Alison Clephane Manson, see the Blaikie Tree.
