D.1.1. James Ogilvie Blaikie of Craigiebuckler was the son of John Blaikie, plumber. He was an Advocate and Lord Provost of Aberdeen. He married Jane Garden, whose brother, Francis Garden, was the father of Helen Garden, who married James Murdoch, a Free Church minister.
D.1.1.1. Elizabeth Blaikie (1818-1842) was the daughter of James Ogilvie Blaikie of Craigiebuckler. She married Alexander Dyce Davidson, a Free Church minister.

D.1.1.2.3.1. Edith Leicester Blaikie (1899-) was the daughter of Robert Henry Blaikie. She married, as her second husband James Case. He was a clergyman.
D.1.1.2.4. Alice Margaret Blaikie (1860-1965). was the daughter of William Garden Blaikie, minister. She married Murdo Campbell Mackenzie – a missionary in Swatow, China.

D.1.1.4. Anthony Adrian Blaikie (1827-1871) was the son of James Ogilvie Blaikie of Craigiebuckler. He was a lawyer who emigrated to Natal 1861. He married his first cousin, Helen Blaikie, daughter of Sir Thomas Blaikie.

D.1.1.4.1.1. Kenneth Guy Bill Blaikie (1897-1968) was the son of Thomas Blaikie. He was a Chemist in Canada.

D.1.2. Jane Blaikie (1793-1837) was the daughter of John Blaikie, Aberdeen. She married Alexander Keith, minister of St Cyrus, Kincardineshire. He became a Free Church minister. He was the son of George Skene Keith, minister of Tuliallan, Fife: FES, Vol.4, p.365; and brother of John Keith, minister of Keithhall, Aberdeenshire: FES, Vol.6, p.163.
